Stay away from them!!!

Signed up with Tiestacron on 25 September 2013. The following day I phoned them to try and cancel the deal. Obviously they tried to persuade me to give it a try. All they actually try and do is buy time for the 7 days cooling off period to lapse.

After phoning the Sales person Eckard du Bruyn on friday the 26 September, that I am not interested anymore, he said he would inform the admin department and someone will get back to me with the necessary info to cancel the contract. The Monday I phoned the office after not being contacted, Spoke to a lady Minette, she said they have not been informed. She took down my details and said she would come back to me with details on the cancellation of the contract.
The contract states that the contract cannot be cancelled unless the software and the cancellation letter is returned unopened to there physical address, but they deliberately leave out there physical address on the documentation.

Later on I dealt with a Lady called Liana, she eventually only provided me with the address the day before the 7 day cooling off period is over. I sent the parcel overnight, but it arrived to late.

So i am out of R16000!
