I am a regular client of Finbond, my last transaction was the 17/10/2013, which was supposed to be debited over 3months on the 27th of every month. However they neglected to take my first payment on the 27/10/2013 because apparently the debit transaction was not loaded and saved, i wasn't aware of it until a nice gentleman from the branch called me to notify me of this. I then explained to him that it will be best to start debiting this month November and id be happy to pay whatever late fee and interest on the loan. Today i happen to go to the branch with my spouse and the branch manager called me and said she wanted to discuss my account, there was no discussion, she basically told me that SHE wants double debits of over R10000 and that's that, when the agent who was helping me tried to explain, she got even more rude and said "EK GAAN JOU KOP AF HAAL" if she don't get this money. I have no problem taking legal action and going to the ombudsman with this issue, because this is appalling! not even to talk about the service!! totally disappointed!
I would like this to be resolved as i cannot afford to have my account double debited.
