Vericred not returning my money

Around april I got handed over to vrericred which I accept .after making payment I realised I I had over paid so I called the call centre and they informed to fill in the required forms it will cost R50.00 which is fine. WHAT am annoyed about is that I still have not received my R450.00 which was supposed to take 45 days it is now 210 days and counting and still no payment... can I hand over to the law... shame on you guys practice what you preach vericred... pay up
