They just won't return your money

Was 'sold' a contract on Friday evening at one of those typical 'you have won a holiday' type invitations. We clearly asked if there was a cooling off period, and were assured by the 'consultant' that we were covered in terms of the CPA. We foolishly put down a deposit. On Monday morning we phoned to cancel. We also put it on an e-mail and an sms. We phoned and e-mailed a number of times over the ensuing couple of weeks, having had no acceptable reply. We were then informed that we could not cancel as we hadn't sent a registered letter within 5 days. So we sent a registered letter anyway to the exact address in the 'contract'. It was returned a couple of weeks later undelivered - ie -they don't even work at the address they give in the documentation.
Am referring them to the CPA.
