My wife was in an accident 2 weeks ago on the 28/10/2013. We lodged a claim with Michelle the following day. This is an extremely traumatic time for us, yet to add to this stress we were informed that our vehicle which was towed by an approved Kingprice tow truck company could not be located. We again had to make calls in order to find out where the vehicle was taken and mailed the necessary information through to Michelle. Again we had no response.
We were assisted last week Monday by Shaldon who emailed us information which stated where the vehicle was and that it had been assessed and the claim would be finalized the following day. Again we had no feedback or updates. Our last contact with Michelle was last week wednesday when she was asked to return our call. All that was stated was that it was in the validation process. There was no timeframe given at all except for 'either getting back to us within a day or longer". We have as yet received no feedback or updates despite numerous calls and no response via email just wanting to know how long this validation process takes.
This is highly unacceptable service. Will someone from Kingprice please assist us?
