Hello I would just like to complain about kingprice insurance.on 14 January we had an accident then my husband called in & spoke to michelle rademan she then said she'd send claim number email address etc, she sent it through on 17Jan2014. I then emailed her the Accident report on the 21st & she confirmed she received it. Monday 27th we called in spike to her she said it was sent to management for Authorisation, today 29 Jan we called in again they said they only received the Acc rep on 26 which was sunday but its now gone through to admin, and why are we to pay for the excess of R1 500 we were not at fault in the accident, the other partys insurance is supposed to pay it as he was at fault! I am very disappointed about the service that I received from kingprice! Our vehicle should have been repaired already! Its been 3 weeks now!
