Michelle was very helpful and efficient

We had lightening strike our home 24 Dec. After contacting Virgin Ins and chatting to Michelle I felt confident things would be taken care off. The only issue was the timing and most contractors where closed for the festive season but our claim has been finalised and we take delivery of our goods this afternoon from the Radio Shop, Richards Bay. Michelle kept contact with us the whole time with updates and making sure we were informed of the progress. Thank you goes to Michelle for her friendliness, concerns and efficiency.
