I NEED TO PAY THIS MONTH SUBSCRIPTION NOW I FIND OUT FROM SHARENET TEAM I'M BEHIND WITH A PAYMENT AS I DID NOT PAY SEPTEMBER.I'M NOT A NEW CLIENT TO SHARENET .I'VE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS.I'VE NEVER FOUND SOMETHNG LIKE THIS.IF I DON'T PAY FOR A MONTH I DON'T GET THE SERVICE BUT WHEN I MAKE A PAYMENT MY SERVICE IS RE INSTATED FOR THAT PARTICULAR MONTHS.YOU CAN CHECK MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS .SOME MONTHS I WAS PAYING THEN I GET MY SERVICE OTHERS NO PAYMENT DONE AND NO SERVICE FOR THE PARTICULAR MONTH.IT WAS NEVER BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I'M IN ERREARS FOR THE MONTH I DIDN'T PAY.I CALLED THEM I SPOKE TO JEROME HIS IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT BUT HE DOES NOT SEEM TO HELP ME.THIS IS A DAYLIGHT.
