Called Old Mutual claims this morning to follow up on details of claims paid out on the policy number 8646234, as i am now also executor of the estate, as well as beneficiary on the policy.
All i wanted to know was the details of the payments made related to the estate, and this Raiza person kept saying "I don't want to confuse you, I don't want to confuse you, rather wait for the email from Cindy, which may take 3 days, as they are extremely busy". This Raiza person then proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes (probably went to smoke outside) until i dropped phone for holding too long.
Unacceptable service from the claims contact centre, as the information was there, and she would not read it to me, instead placing me on hold.
There are lots of questions unanswered on the call, and i have the call recorded, which i can always provide if needed.
please confirm what a person needs to do to get feedback from Old Mutual in a timeous and friendly manner?
