Hello Peter,
I'm so annoyed with Old Mutual, I've got a policy that was supposed to mature this year in August and I was kept on hold for more than 20 minutes on a call... I mean really, I can't be holding for such a long time! Please, Old Mutual deliver, and it's as if I knew that this was going to happen! Please sort this out!
