Tuesday 22nd October 2013 we been informed by our Security company that our shop is burning, as from the moment we informed the insurance regarding our lost, they took over and sort everything out and never ever I had to phone regarding the process and Dries Van der Merwe was wonderful supporting and advise was given very professional and questing was done strictly but not let us feel uncomfortable. This is our first mayor incident and I already told so many people, family and friends and our suppliers about Outsurance well supportive team and they done so much more that never expected from a insurance.
