I am deeply disappointed in your Instant Money service. Its nothing but. I tried to do a transaction online but it was declined due to a technical error on your side. However, the amount I was transferring was deducted from my account plus fees. As they had been error means the money did not reach its intended recepient. I phoned to ask for a refund back into my account and was asked by a Greg to send in a bank statement to facilitate the refund within 24 hours. I am still waiting after a week and this is after resending the details twice and speaking to Greg again. Now just spoke to Wayne who said Greg is the only one who can help me. More like some rundown government department. That's why ABSA and FNB are miles ahead. Anyway, I want my money back. You just can't hold it and then charge a fee for a service you didn't perform
