PATHETIC SERVICE - WORLD CLASS ENTRANCE BUT

I needed a replacement card and went into the Absa branch at Clearwater. On entry, first class service, what happens after that is pathetic. I waited half and hour just to be attended to after complaining to the ladies assisting on the floor before I eventually received service. After sitting 25 minutes and noticing that people who had come in after me was being attended to, I approached the ladies on the floor who was directing customes to the various counters for service. I was told that only certain counters could assist me. On making them aware that I was not very happy, they approached the supervisor and she called me to the counter. What an unpleasant and unhappy face and when I advised her of my requirements, she said anybody could have assisted. I was then told to take a seat once again and about 10 mintues later, I was called agin and received service. As I was stanging at the counter, a call came through and the attendant had to attend to a telephonic query. Well this was just the end for me. 45 MINUTES LATER, I LEFT ABSA BANK. Well that was the last.
