The ticket sale counter is closed due to renovations to the building/mall. Now one must purchase movie tickets at the popcorn and beverage counter. Two ladies were manning the counters. As I approached the first counter for tickets the lady pointed to the 2nd counter and told me to purchase tickets there. That lady said no, you can buy tickets at that counter. The lady at the first counters face got agitated. She struggled to issue the tickets and didn't do it with a smile. In the meantime I wanted to buy popcorn and drinks while my husband was paying fir the tickets. Next to me was a couple that wanted coke, sorry no coke replied the lady. We both wanted popcorn, but that was also sold out... It was 09:10 in the morning - first show. Although we did see some boys with popcorn. The couple next to me could not believe their ears. No coke or popcorn?! The lady behind the counter called another male assist from behind us and ordered him to make more popcorn. She told us to come back in 10 min. The movie started in 3 min. Anyway, the 2 ladies did look very much in the mood to work on a Sunday morning. Bad service and customer neclect is unfortunately part and parcel of our country.
