Pathetic service-Unscrupulous processes, no feedbac

I went to the absa branch at bracken city, asked the help desk lady of the requirements needed to apply for a personal loan, cancel a debit order and reset my internet banking password. i was then told that i would need to go to two different stations in order to have the above attended to (2 different cues), i also enquired if i needed my payslip for the loan and the lady at the front desk called a superior who confirmed that they would use my bank statement... i waited in the loan line for about 20 min, when finally been attended to i was told that they cannot use my bank statement and that i needed a payslip... i made an arrangement for the payslip top be dropped off while i was in the line, when going back into the bank i was told that the bank was closed as it was after 11 where they refused to let me in after telling the security gaurd that i am going out... i tried numerous times to apply on-line, sent numerous requests to be called, tried calling the call centre and as we all know its just pathetic been sent from pillar to post by incompetent consultants. its been over two weeks since i have sent a request to be called ..as an absa client i expected bette
