Poor service in Branch

When entering the ABSA Branch in Clearwater one expects the service to be perfect. I would say almost flawless. But it is anything but that. On Sunday the 10th of March I went to ABSA to close my account due to lack of service and they always seem to loose papers you need to be FICA'd with. I think I've been FICA'd 10 times by ABSA in the past 6 months. Needless to say I then moved my account to a more competent financial institute. So upon closing my account I get told that I owe them money. and that I can't swipe my card in the bank I need to leave and withdraw cash. Lynette tells me I don't have to stand in the que, I come straight to her counter. If there is a client I just need to wait for her to finish. As she finishes, Gloria (who works at another branch but helping out at Clearwater) Shoves another person to her counter and I'm left standing. During waiting, some other consultant brings 3 other peole and places them infront of me. This was very disappointing as I've already spent more that 45 minutes in ABSA! You really need to have fewer TV screens and more staff that know whats going on.
