I had jus had my card jammed in our LibertyLife atm, thier junk of an atm ALWAYS gobbles our cards or religiously out of order (perhaps they will look into this hopefuly before 2050). I tried to withdram n my money wouldnt come out there was this hourglass I tried to cancel n the machine just froze, I ran to my mangers desk to mke a call to the callcentre Lost cards dprtmnt, whre I spoke to this Rude couldnt give a agent, she was a girl pity I didnt get her name but she will be found even if I have to go there myself, I pleaded with her to pls call me on my mobile as im far from the atm im using landline, the human jus gave me a long SILENT GAP ..this signals annoyance coz her next question was, can I have ur ID number mam, not even a no im barred from doing that or watever. I gave her the ID, I explained my situation and this incompetant girl confirms mam your card has been canceled I have do so and your money will be returned to ur account within 24hrs, and she is confirming this without even doing FULL VIRIFICATIONS, how could she have known who I am, I know how call cnrres work. Im ending this part of my incident as HelloPeter only allows a limited character... part1
