Nedbank Refuses Insurance Claim

I don't accept that you have denied my insurance claim, my sliding doors lead into my home which poses as a security RISK. How can one person decide that my claim is not good enough, i would like you to fix my problem as i pay for my insurance or i take my home loan and insurance to SA Home loan.

I am tired of all the nonsense i have to go through with you people. And then on top of everything Ned bank doesn't even call their client back, pathetic service.
