Incorrect balances to attorneys

I have been paying my accounts directly to Capitec Bank and one of the accounts is settled in 25 September 2013 already, Anthony Richards attorneys which happens to be handling my accounts confirms that they never received any updated information from the Bank in regards to the balances. when I spoke to capitec credit management via email on the 29 October 2013 they advised me that they have now updated the attorneys. I contacted the attorney on the 30 October 2013 and according to the lawyers no update was sent to them, I informed capitec credit management and there was no reply. today the 08 November 2013 I contacted the attorneys again and still they say I still owe the initial balances and they have no updated information. I send through the proof of payments to both parties, I even went to the branch which also printed out a statement and thiswas sent through but still nothing has changed.
