LOAN BALANCES

I had 2 loans with Bruma Finance which the balance were R4000 and R2000 (not sure with the exact amounts) my accounts were handed over to HTN ATTORNEY and i've got Garnishee order which i pay R400 x 2 that started October 2012.Now i've been requesting for my balances but till now no luck, everytime i phoned HTN ATTORNEYS they always promise to email i even sent email to Bruma Finance but still no luck. To my understanding the loan with small balance supposed to be finished this month. All i'm asking its for my loan balances to be sent to me separately they mustn't add both balances together.
