Proof of paymnt

I have took a loan with capitec n consolidated 1 of my accounts which according to my credit provider is not settled yet.i called the branch tht i took the loan frm to request fr the proof of settlemnt --they advcd me tht i have to wait becouse they nolonger have it in their sytems..my name is reflecting bad on itc coz ive stoped paying fr the furniture account thinking tht it is settled whears its not--in order for my itc profile to be updated i need tht proof to hand it over to morkels n capitec bank is not helping---im too far from capitec bank all i need is for them to email me the proof of paymnt n thats all
