No response to emails/calls on 3rd party claim

I was involved in a minor bumper bashing with one of Telesure's clients in July this year. What should have been a simple claim has become an absolute nightmare. Once I had provided all documents they requested by August, they then created additional documents that were required which were never originally requested as well as lost documents I had provided previously. I provided the additional requested documents, but still was not contacted when requested via email to be provided with feedback.

I was contacted by Sean Basset 30 September eventually after sending another email, in this call he incorrectly confirmed that I was stationary. Having confirmed that I was driving on several occasions previously I was absolutely furious. Never the less, he said he would send the finalized offer shortly. Needless to say its now more than a week later and I am still waiting. I am not able to reach them on the number provided. I have sent another email requesting this be escalated with no response on Tues 5 November. If the offer is ever sent, it will no longer be inline with the quote obtained in August for the repair of my car.
