I would like to tell you how disappointed we are in the service we have received since your change over from Care Cross to Essential 1 doctor. I actually had the chance to speak personally to illone yesterday and told her what the problems are. We have still not been contacted by your office to tell us how/what the problem or solution is, also we have had no response to our email from the 5th November.

What I do want to know is this, if I cancel my membership, will my outstanding refunds owed to me by you, for medicine paid by myself because of your problems, will they be paid out?? I had to pay cash for my meds on Tuesday 5th November and now I have to pay cash again for meds for my son from 7th November. I got a call from the pharmacy to say I have to pay cash even though your office had spoken to the pharmacy and could not sort the problem out. This is unacceptable.
I have also found out that I am in fact one of many unhappy clients, all complaining about the same issues. Clearly it is not just myself experiencing problems. What are you guys doing to solve the problems, because at the rate you guys are going you are going to have many cancellations.
