IT3B Certificate

I have called 4 different Nedbank call centers as well as have requested a Nedbank Personal Banker to issue me with an IT3B tax certificate for my bank accounts for the 2009 tax year. I get no response, or I am told that Nedbank does not have the IT3B certificates. The statute of limitations says that Nedbank has to keep all records for up to 5 years (minimum). What is happening at Nedbank? Why can I not get a simple tax certificate from them? I have been trying now for almost 2 months!!! This is ridiculous and appalling service! SARS is requesting these certificates, and is charging me every day that they are late!
