ABSA home loans takes up to 5 days to provide IT3B

I called the call centre requesting my tax certificate (IT3B) for my home loan. I was told it takes 3-5 working days to get one. Mean while I received tax certificates from: FNB, INVESTEC & NEDBANK for my other home loans while waiting on the phone via email. This is really a bad service from ABSA home loans given that their peers can do it so quickly. I want to move the home loan to somewhere else. No wonder why they will loose clientel, they have no clue of what customer service is.
