African Bank
No service at all!!

I went to African bank to get a loan, they gave me a contract to sign stating I got the loan. They said would call me the following day and the money would be in. I never got any phone call, money still not in, so yesterday I phoned them and asked them whats happening, they said my application is with management (why on earth let me sign the contract if it still has to go to management?) so they said they would call me back, guess what no call back. Its the 4th day today and still nothing!! I signed the contract saying they can debit my account, but haven't received the money yet. I am highly disappointed in African bank and I just need feedback.
