Low Blow!

My car broke down 2 weeks ago. They could not fix it at the dealership & they were going 2 refer me somewhere else. I called my insurance to ask them to tow it home for me. Which they said they could provided the dealership could not fix it. They do their admin and get back to me and say they can't tow it because the dealership said they could fix it which was the incorrect information. After receiving clarity from they dealership the lady who was assisting me from says I have to pay for a tow truck regardless and she would have to talk to her team leader after 20min for me to get a truck because she's busy. I was not impressed! Does a tow truck not come standard with an insurance? Why must it be a drag to get assistance from my own insurance? I'm really disappointed!
