I cant do online banking for a week

I repoted that i cant receive my OTP and the prestige line told me that my email was [Email Removed] and i have never worked for standard bank.
I have unpaid expenses and even my insurance and even was involved in an accident but now i cant claim because i am not up to date. I cant pay my beneficiaries and other expenses via online. It has been a week since i was told everything is reset.
