Overdraft not approving due to no prestige banking

Hi,

I am just frustrated with standard bank services. I am Sai Kiran Nalla and standard bank account holder with permanent residence in south africa. I have actually applied for over draft with standard bank last year and i have been told that I must get my south african ID to be approved and This year when I supplied with my RSA ID and now they want me to upgrade my account to prestige which i am not interested and told the same to consultant and now they came up with another reason saying my pay is very different from every month. yes it will be different and i get paid based on the hours i worked. that too only told after i supply me with my payslip. Can't they check from standard bank transaction history or statement as this is my salary account. Its just the Game which standard bank employees are playing with customers to reach their targets for their comissions.
All these has been told me after morethan as week i applied which is unacceptable services. I did not really expected these kind of services from standard bank in south africa. If this is still the case I will have to close all my standard bank account and will never ever refer to my friends, colleagues and in my fam
