FAULTY GOODS RECEIVED - NO RESPONSIBILITY!

Business & Finance

I purchased a smart device from you and it was delivered on Monday, when i switched it on it was faulty. Since Tuesday morning i have been trying to find out what i need to do to have it replaced. Eventually after 10 calls plus i am told I need to take it to Samsung in Constantia park. Firstly i think that is completely ridiculous that i am the one that now needs to take time off work and drive 35km to return a faulty device. I am going to wait who knows how long for a report to be sent from Samsung to you and then you will send me a replacement. I spoke to team leader Victor Frasier who promised me he would sort out my problem and call me back, i have not received ANYTHING from him and his phone just rings constantly. Now my main problem is that i have 7 days to return the phone in order for Samsung to do a 7 day out of box warranty swop, the way i understand it is that after 7 days they send it for repairs and the repairs are at my expense. i am absolutely shocked by the service i have received over the last couple of days. NO ONE seems to know what to do with regards to a faulty device, i shudder to think what will happen if i ever need the insurance that i purchased extra.
