To whom it my concern
I have broke my windscreen on Monday and yes the claim was handeld fast but the company you use to do repairs is USELESS! I mean they have send me a email as well as a message stating that my glass has arrived on Tuesday afternoon and its been a battle just for them to give me a straight forward answer as when will they be replacing the windscreen. First off all they state that some one will call me in the morning and it does not happen, then i phone them to get a answer and they state only Thusrday afternoon, then i recieved a call in the afternoon today 06/11/13 where the guy from windscreen direct state to me that they can only replace the glass on Friday afternoon. I mean really is the service in our country so bad that they must wait almost 5 days to replace something. I WOULD AUTO AND GENERAL TO FIND SOME ONE ELS THAT IS WILLING TO HELP THERE CLEINTS!!!
