DO NOT JOIN THIS MEDICAL SCHEME!!!

I see a lot of complains as well compliments on here about Essential Med.
I can understand the fact that people wait for claims to be paid out and miscommunication happens to say the least.
I have been a client of this "Scheme" for almost 3 years. Not once claimed for hospitalization or anything to that effect.
Recently my wife discovered a lump in her right breast. As we all know this is a serious affair - clearly not to the people and money makers at essential med. I took her for a mammogram and submitted the report to essential med on the 9th of October. on the 16th of October I sent a follow up email to Clarisse but no response. Called them today, was holding on for 15 minutes. She sounded very shocked, "are you serious Mr. Swanepoel, haven't our department gotten back to you? This truly was a shocking comment to me. She said they are on the line with the underwriters and I should please hold the line.
Then a lady with the name Elize spoke to me saying she will call me back. Needless to say Im still waiting.
A lump in the breast is SERIOUS!
Please THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THIS SCHEME. THERE IS NO LEVEL OF COMPASSION FOR MEMBERS WHEN THEY TRULY NEED HEALTHCARE!!!
