I logged a call with my insurance on the 02 Jan 2013 and got my claim approved for a replacement on my windscreen glass. They then gave me a call to state that they have received my quiry and will place an order for the glass. On the 05/01/2013 they gave me a call again that they don't have the glass on stock and I would need to pay in my excess in order for them to put throgh an order which they said takes a 15 day ETA. It is now the 11/02/2013 and I keep on having to call them to find out when they are getting to replace my glass. This for me I find it very appalling service and this has now been an inconvinience for me for over a month. I would like for my issue be resolved as soon as possible because I have paid for the service.
