THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE LAST YEAR JULY TO GET A SURPLUS TO BE PAID OUT SINCE 2003. i MEAN THIS IS REDICILOUS THAT A PERSON CAN BATTLE LIKE THIS TO GET ANSWERS FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS I JUST CAN'T GET THREW AND I HAVE SEND E - MAILS WITH NO RESPONSE WHAT IS A PERSON SUPPOSE TO DO TO GET SOME SERVICE THIS IS TOTALY UN-ACCEPTABLE. NOBODY EVER GETS BACK ON THE PROGRESS AND IF I DO GET THREW THEY HAVE A DIFFRENT EXCUSE NOT TO PAY OUT. I AM AT BREAKING POINT. AND SO ANGRY I CAN SCREAM... :-( :-( :-( :-(
