Surplus Fund Pathetic and Incompetent

Regarding Surplus
It has been more than a year now and nobody has come back to me on this matter. It doesnt matter how many times you call the number 086 150 4455, nobody answers, and IF somebody does they are so incompetent that its scary!
I want to know when is my surplus claim going to pay out. THATS IT! I even went through to the offices self in person to deliver documentation numerous times, still nothing? Not even a sms or call to let me know how far this matter is? And everytime its another story? It will even help if they answer their phones ONE DAY and give response. Is there ANYONE at the surplus who can do their job? Is there ANYONE who can MAYBE tell me whats going on? I am really strongly thinking about going to the newspapers about this, because how many people are there that they just conveniently ignore? This is not good enough and demand an explanation, OR EVEN JUST A RESPONSE!? you are getting paid to do your job, can you maybe whoever, do it for 2 min and reply? Thanking you
I really hope that all who is discriminated against for this matter (I see there is alot), will get some response in any way to sort this out.
