THis is a message to Surplus Mibfa the service is apaulling really worst service we had ever had in insurance payements history. They keep asking for your id number and keep saying this is missing this is needed and when you do send it to them it takes another year for feedback. This claim is out-standing now for almost 3 years and this cannot go on i know i speak for many south africans out there waiting for thier money to be paid what is Surplus doing can they not process claims faster some poeple really need the money and they need to take this into consideration we dont owe anybody its our money which we are entitled to and would like to see some service delivery.
