Please assist with problem i have re method of payment re my claim. santam merits want's to forcefully issue me with their visa electron card acceptable at Visa Electron approved suppliers only. I have requested that they pay the monies per the agreement of loss into my bank account and it seems that someone has a problem in doing just that. This claim has been dragging for almost a month and now at its final stage i am battling with the payment method they wish to impose on me. I have lost a lot of staff especially electronics due to the armed that took place at my house and I feel they are somehow not considerate. I worked for Santam and i know very well that clients can choose to have cash into their bank accounts or opt for claims card. i was informed this morning by Agnes that Santam does not issue cash to clients and that should i need to buy staff from suppliers who do not accept Visa i must get a proforma invoice and send it to them to process payment. What a ridiculous statement i have ever heard within Santam
I have all the necessary docs pertaining my claim and correspondence between me and Jabu/Agnes should you wish to have them.
