Called in to confirm reasons for outcome on an application, received no type of service whatsoever, she spoke over everything i said, raised her voice and dropped the call when i advised that i wanted the name of a superior. All this said i pay your organisation alot of money on a monthly basis. I will be settling all my business with your organisation and moving it elsewhere, were customers are treated as customers and not numbers.
