Doing more Harm than good

I joined at debt busters few months back and they was quick to insist I pay their fees but till today I haven't seen any progress on my case. I've sent numerous e-mails asking on how my bulk payment I pay over to them will be divided to my creditors but they failed to give me the information. I'm receiving phone calls from my creditors about my installments in arrears so im in doubt if they are actually paying any money over to them. Secondly After they had me move over to a new bank and had me sign forms for them to go cancel my debit orders from my old bank they failed to do so resulting in unpaid fees of almost R2000 to date and I had to eventually go and cancel them myself. I've sent them a few more e-mails inquiring about that but they just never respond.
