This is an email sent to the head office this morning. And they tell me they are doing me a favour!

Thank you, I have received my glasses. I want to place on record, that it appears that the nose pads were once again replaced. The right side nose pad is extremely loose and there is a scratch just behind this. This certainly was not in the condition when I sent it to you. I will at my cost take it to a professional optometrist who will give it the attention it deserves, as this is not a cheap knock off purchased at a street corner. I must further express my disappointment at the level of service provided by your organisation. To put it simply, it is the most pathetic service I have received from any organisation to date. You do not keep customers updated as to the progress. You do not adequately advise customers of the process, and whilst you have advised that you have done me a favour by replacing the nose pads the first time, the second time has an unfavourable outcome as you have created another problem that was not there in the first place. I am of the opinion that the quality of goods sold at Sunglass Hut is of inferior quality. Disgusted at the level of service!
