I did my few purchases at Pick and Pay Bedworthpark using my Rcs card. The cashier told me the new rcs rule stipulate they have to call rcs offices to verify the card identity. I did not have a problem even though it was somehow inconveniencing. I was surprised when the cashier told me the rcs wants me on the phone. I felt insulted when this rcs lady asked how can I want to make a purchase while knowing that my account is in arreas. I tried to explain that i had already paid a week before on the 2nd November but the lady did not want to hear none of it. Mind you this is not the first time I have been accused of this. Eventually the lady decided to ask her colleague about what to do. I was kept on hold for about 7min while the two of them talked about what to do, I could hear them on the background. All of a sudden I was cut! I was so shocked, the poor cashier had no option but to reverse the transaction and people behind were getin irritated. No one from rcs bothered to find out if I the matter was settled. I was quite embarrassed. I don't think I will want to use rcs again, the better I finish paying them the better!!! I don't them in my life again!
