Nasty attitude towards their client

There was a old lady in front of me who requested R1, 300 from her sassa account and this cashier Lulama told the lady that she can only give her R1000 (without any explanation). When the old lady asked her where she could get the rest she replied" i don't know" and banged her card on the till. I was getting fed up with her attitude so decided to change a cashier and talking to my self said "mxm", she then shouted excuse me " are you talking to me doing all action of mentally unstable person. The anger and rage in this cashier is a "disaster waiting to happen"
