Quotation Cancelation

There is only one thing that I want from African bank, I want the personal loan quotation on my name to be removed. I have spoken to Nokuthula and Poter, and asked for the reference number from poter he said it is been removed but not.

I have been phoning kept onhold for 30min just imagine that service. I don't want to say a lot.

I don't want to say lot of things but just to remove it, as I want to still remain as a African bank customer.
