I have been on the cellphone now for almost 75 minutes trying to find the right person to speak to. I have been diverted to 5 different people in different depts and nobody could help me. Eventually I ended up with the very first dept and then got cut off!!! I have been a customer for many years and have paid thousands of rands to
premiums. I think I deserve better than this!!!
