Section 14 Transfer Dept - Secret service

I have made a request to do a section 14 transfer, our company is starting its own pension fund.

Old Mutual Section 14 Dept. has given me a quote with very high fees, I asked for a breakdown of the fees since it is quite a substantial amount, they quickly responded with a very long explanation of some sort of actuarial calculation, even attaching the same old sample that you can find all over the web since 2008.

The whole thing does not add up, so I queried it, and have not heard from them again, so I tried to phone them today and low and behold you cannot speak to a single person in the Section 14 dept., no can transfer you, because no one knows who these people are in Old Mutual, how is that for an international company.

I've been a client for over 10 years.
