Policy number 828208895 had an accident with my BMW last year June 2012 contacted my insurance many times for my excess end up speaking to the manager said he will come back to me with update even now waiting when i phone him he just says he will come back to me concerning pay out or feed back still waiting then got a call from Jennifer nkosi saying that i cancelled my insurance i told them that did not do that she send me email of confirmation. Then she said i must go to my bank to get proof to show that i did not cancel my insurance. I went to the bank got a letter then email it to her. When i contact her she, says she is waiting for her managers to revise that information so that will be able to get my bonus next year because if don't have that information its like i am a new client whereas i have been with them for the past - 8rys
