In February this year a had an accident with my vehicle. I got my vehicle back 4 MONTHS after the accident. When I had the accident I was impressed by the service given to me by Claudia while completeing the actual claim. When it went to the repairs department, it all went down hill from there. Maboleng told me I needed to be patient (since when??). I was then told my premium would increase due to the fact that my previous insurance had cancelled my policy without my knowledge (info they should have gotten before I accepted Dial Directs policy.)I accepted this. In all the 4 months I was waiting for my vehicle not once did Dial Direct contact me with updates until I contacted them. When my premium went off this month it had increased even more than what I was told. When I phoned to query I was told my premium was only valid for 12months and on re-evaluation it was increased. Not once, yet again, was I contacted and informed of this increase. I have even more complaints than this, but unfortunately you only get so may words. Dial Direct should be utterly ashamed of the service they have given. I will shortly be cancelling my policy and going with a better informed, non Telesure company
