STD ATM withdrawal - no money recieved

On the 02 August 2013 at the STD ATM i've drawn R250, 00 but ive not received the cash. I inserted my card again and gor a receipt that they could not process my request due to technical problems. I then went to Melville FNB and spoke to Jabu he told me they have to investigate with STD bank and I should be refunded within a few days. it is now November and he has not bothered to contact me to give me feedback. I've called on 0117278900 and left numerous of msg for him to call me back but to date i've not gotten a call from him 3 months later and im still waiting!!!

(Why is FNB ATM'S always out of or ORDER!!!
