First National Bank
No temp loan available?

I have been taking the FNB Temp Loan for the last few Months with no problems, and the amount owed was paid before 31 days.
This Month however it is not available, and I really need it.
FNB advertises that it is available immediately, and it doesn't mention that it is only available certain Months?
FNB is really a good bank, and I have never experience any problems until now.
Kindly assist in this matter.
