Promise to refund in 4 days - six weeks ago

I bought a scanner/printer from Fintch and paid a small instalment of R217 per month for 5 years by way of debit order. On completion of the contract Fintech continued to deduct a further 4 instalments. On 23 September 2013 I was promised that these would be refunded within 4 days. Today is the 5th November and I have not had any refund yet.
